This design utilized the line deformation techniques of attraction and repulsion in order to create a dinner plate optimized for a specific meal. Each section of the plate is sized to allow for proper portions of each food item served. In this case, the meal being served is teriyaki pork, rice, peas, and two dipping sauces. This plate has a large bowl-life center for the rice and food mixing, a large flat area for cutting pork, a shallow bowl-like area for the peas, and two small areas for dipping sauces. All are sized for proper dietary portions of each of these foods.
